The dramatists among you can go for a full credit by pursuing a programme through the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art.

General Level ICCE Students can gain 1 credit by taking Grade 5 Drama. Break a leg!

The musically inclined have the option of getting one credit for each ICCE level by achieving their music performance and theory grades.

• ICCE Vocational Level - Grade 4 Music (1 Credit)
• ICCE General Level - Grade 5 (1 Credit)
• ICCE Intermediate Level - Grade 6 (1 Credit)
• ICCE Advanced Level - Grade 7 or 8 (1 Credit)

Familiar with the terms plié, port de bras, relevé, glissade, sauté, jeté, and tendu? Well, if you are this credit may be for you!

A student can sauté into one whole credit by achieving Grade 5 Ballet at ICCE General Level and Grade 6 Ballet at ICCE Intermediate level.

ICCE students can get a half-credit towards their General Level by taking part in the Outdoor Pursuits programme.

This year, students can join the week-long Adventure Activities Course in Dartmoor from the 3rd - 9th of May 2020. 

Did you know that participating at ESC is a great way to get ICCE credit?

Students can apply to enter single item events and receive full ICCE credit in categories including - Art, Science Exhibit, Website, Scripture Video, and Photography (to name a few).

Students can also get credit for ESC attendance and participation in six separate events that must cover the categories of - Music, Platform, Academics, Christian Service/Golden Awards, and Art & Design.

The Professional Training Course (fondly known as PTC) is the 5-day course that all supervisors and monitors at an ACE school have to take in order to be qualified to work in those roles. 

ICCE students (age 16+) can attend PTC to achieve a half- credit. They also have the opportunity to go the second mile and gain a further half-credit by serving 30 hours at an accredited ACE school. All students taking this course must also submit a 1,000-word essay on a Christian Education topic. The title and outline for this essay must be approved by the ICCE Office before leaving the Professional Training Course. It must be completed and sent in to the Office for marking within six weeks of finishing the Training Course.

Athletic students also have a great credit option in the form of the ICCE Sports Credit.

To achieve this credit students must fulfil the following criteria:

• Complete the ACE Health PACEs module
• Choose 4 areas of sport
• Fulfil 20 hours of practice in each of their 4 chosen areas of sport with a qualified coach
